5 of 5 Perfect! October 20, 2021

This is a perfect fit on my stock '87 Spree and '79 NA50. From what I can tell it fits different Spree years differently, early models it rubs the engine plastics, later Sprees it fits perfect. I'm not sure when the change happened.

Excellent ride quality improvement. Softest setting on both bikes, though I may go up a notch on the NA50.

5 of 5 Fits '01 Yamaha Razz September 4, 2021

Used this to replaced my stock razz shock. Bolted right in and used the same bolts. Definitely lifted the back end a good inch or two. Almost feels rigid now compared to the bounce party that was the stock shock. Way smoother ride. Super nice upgrade. So far kept on lightest setting.

3 of 5 Nice Beefy Shock, Some Modification Required... March 1, 2021

Nice shock but not quite a straight bolt on part for my 1985 NQ50 Spree. The raw girth of the thing rubs on the plastic engine shroud and I had to shave a bit off the side for it to fit correctly. You may want a few washers and a longer bolt for where the shock mounts to the engine. It's a few mm wider than stock and the bolt barely reaches into place. Excellent product but not entirely compatible with my model year.

Maybe there's some confusion going on but this was a perfect fit for my nc50 Express. NC, NA, NU....... whatever.  Just measure your current shock before you buy.

Been looking for a shock to replace the soft factory shock on my 87 Spree NQ50 and this worked out perfectly! Much stiffer and I'm on the lowest tension setting. Great upgrade!
