5 of 5 Best upgrade my LB50 needed! March 9, 2023

Bone stock LB50 on stock gearing is an absolute turd barley getting to even 20mph. After bolting on this kit I did notice a drop in the low end with the stock head but the "puch hi compression old style fins" head took care of that. But the stock exhaust is just far too restrictive and 4 strokes too much even with the spark arrestor removed and this cylinder kit. Paired with the MLM people's pipe my LB50 now FLYS!!! With a 25T rear sprocket, it now gets to 40mph flat ground EASY!!! Tho I typically keep it around 30mph or less for long periods don't wanna melt my kit ya know

5 of 5 Things just got serious June 26, 2019

I've owned an LB80 for some time now. Recently picked up an LB50 for my sister to ride, only to find out these bikes are kind of turds from the factory. Bone stock I was only able to get 24mph out of the bike (13/28 gearing). This kit is well made and super simple to install. Comes with ALL the gaskets you need. After a generous break in period the bike was able to achieve low 30s. Bottom end power is also improved and really helps the LB50's low shift point. I paired this kit with a 70cc old style hi compression head from treats. Later modified my stock pipe(see LB50 thread on moped army) and am able to wing the little girl over 40mph on sustained wide open pulls. Up-jetted the stock carb, finally settled on a #72 jet. Temperatures have not exceeded 330*F, even with ambient temperatures over 100*F. Overall very impressed with this kit. My LB50 isn't quite an LB80, but its close.

5 of 5 bolted right on to lb50 chappy June 18, 2019

took my lb50 from 24-25mph to 31 and it's still breaking in (only other power mod is DIY shaved head).  takes 20 minutes to install, hardest parts are getting clips on pin and rings in bore--and those are not hard.

5 of 5 The best Chappy Cylinder ever September 27, 2017
taco eater : Danza Octav from Sinnamary, French Guiana France
This cylinder is a plug and pay original cylinder replacement.
Can be used like stock for just more power or like a race moded moped.
It's very well made and very solid. The best chappy cylinder I ever used, even better than the originl one. The more it gets old, the more powerfull it become.
You can make your chappy run 70mph if you mod the exhaust hole and some other stuff, with 19 carb, an exhaust, an electronic ignition (Motoplat) and by changing the sprockets

Rumor has it that these take very little modification to make work on a garelli noi engine;)
