no handle bar mounting plate or holes as the ciao normally has the handle bars bicycle style out the head tube part.
vintage line, no whining! fully functional.
200mm tall head tube with 60mm of thread
threading measures 25.2mm diameter. slightly smaller than puch (25.8), yet a bit bigger than peugeot (24.8mm)
