Put on my a35 bullet with a 70cc, estoril side bleed, and Sha 15.15. Can pop a nice wheelie and first gear actually holds well. Not sure on mph but far better than stock. I was scared of them at first but for any kitted bike these are a must.

4 of 5 too much for tomos May 20, 2018
taco eater : Conan Segar from North Myrtle Beach, SC United States
these take too long to shift and is a waste for 1st gear. the tomos will have no more power to put out and you sit in a lul and boring abyss while it waits patiently to shift into 2nd. YELLOW SPRING 1ST GEAR CLUTCH ALL DAY, then this bad boy on your 2nd gear to pull hills or ride dubs with your phat buddy to go get tacos.

I got the 44mm airsal reed kit, estoril exhaust, and 17.5mm phva on a 78' tomos bullet.  Unless you are afraid of poppin wheelies or actually hittin your powerband in 1st gear, thEse are the springs to get, softer is a waste of time.
