5 of 5 For puch magnum December 8, 2019

Spent hella time confused with what to do with all the parts, then looked at my Sprint and figured it out since it’s the same set up. To use all hardware you need to ditch your black/grey threaded race. It goes like this: dremel out one of the races to slide down the fork, then bearing ring, then fork tube race. On top it’s fork tube race, bearings, the other loose race you didn’t dremel, then either the notched threaded ring and the little cover, or the cover first and then the notched ring. Then plate, washer and fork nut. The loose race and notched ring act together like your black/grey one you had originally only thicker. If you reuse that race you will have a lot of thread left up top. It might be ok but I was worried about bottoming out the fork nut and not being sure it was tightened fully. On my Sprint the cover goes over the race and the notched ring is on top of that. I put the cover on top of both because I think it looks better/cleaner/cooler. Hope this helps someone.

To everyone whining about the inner diameter of the crown race being too small to fit the steerer tube on EBR forks - this can be overcome by 2 minutes of using a Dremel. Don't even tell me you own a moped and don't have a Dremel!

5 of 5 easy mod to fit a maxi January 19, 2016

these cups are made of hardened steel, and are really tough on your bits, but if you are dedicated, have the lower outsides shaved down just a hair, and they will fit in your maxi. you can then bolt up ebr disc break set-ups like the tomos street mate and revival with perfection, provided you make a 26mm ID x 10mm thick spacer.
