replacement chromed steel lower fender bracket for attaching the front fender to the axle. there are two parts to the tomos fender attachment process, this is only half of the equation. you could probably modify this to adapt a tomos fender to other bikes as well! about 290mm from lower bolt holes to upper bolt holes!
