Ok... so pretty much from now on, I will only tighten my cylinder to my judgement. I don't think that torque wrenches are accurate at that low of ft-lb measurements.
I just tighten these to a reasonable tightness with thread lock, and then tighten the head bolts the same way. No torque wrench on these. I have no air leaks either. Been using these for going on two months now with lots of removing and retightening (fooling around with cylinders) and they are solid.
Although, I feel like sometimes if I tighten too much, they'll sheer off.

These puppies stripped at HALF the required torque for my setup, causing a HUGE pain in the ass.

My favorite feature of these studs is how at 7 lbs-foot the threads shear off the stud making dozens of tiny rings that function independently of the stud and one another.
