If you have a 70 kit like the Airsal with a 25mm I D exhaust port, you need this, (and a chamber) cause your stock header is only like 20mm I D, and is choking your kit! This and the $35 black chamber made my Newport scream like a banshee! unleash that kit!

Welded this header to one of those uncoated large gigantor robust chambers. I put this on a angled port kit so the flange had to be repositioned. Looks great, sounds great, tastes great!

I read somewhere the information that Puch exhaust fit to Sachs 505 too.
But this information is fake.
ID is different and the dimension is different.
Only OD is same 28mm.
So, I asked a factory to make original exhaust straight (cut, cover and weld).
This way is the fastest and reliable...
But, this header is good quarity.
If your moped is Puch and seek some header, I recommend this pipe.
