65cc airsal, 15mm Bing carb, 28mm techno original look. I picked this up with high hopes. Figured it'd be a good upgrade once I installed the bigger pipe. However, no matter how high I would jet my carb, I would still be getting a lean bog at full throttle. When I would pinch the intake hose it would fix it. Went as high as an 84 jet before giving up on it. I didn't feel like taking it into 90s jets, and having to hit the gas station every 30 miles. Maybe the filter I received is faulty in some way? Not sure. In my head I feel like this filter may only be for racing. I ended up modifying my stock filter and threw a 70 jet in the carb. I'm going to be getting a Uni filter next season for sure.

this filter is good as a backup. it comes right off of the rubber neck sometimes. i usually lube it up with some multi-purpose grease before putting it on my bing. you can use your spit too if you don’t have any grease :p

As an air filter, this thing definitely passes air.
I'm thankful that the rubber neck is flexible, because with a 15mm high angled MLM intake, there is very little room for any air filter to fit behind the Bing. The rubber neck on this one does, but I foresee it failing in the future because it's gonna be bent in operation.
Oh well. I guess we'll burn that bridge when we cross it. For now it's rippin

Fits on a 12mm round bing clone just fine, made my motor super happy and fits under the plastic cover on my KTM Foxi. It lasted a month before the first thin rib swelled and rotted through. The rubber neck is not fuel safe, so if you're riding a 2 stroke port valved moped you need a fix. But how many of those can there be?! 3/4" rubber hose from the auto parts store fits perfectly inside of the rubber neck at the filter end and makes a good replacement.
Something is wrong here.
