I've always had heat issues with my build with this guy on it. It could be because:
a) I'm too rad and have too much power b) I'm a loser and can't tune c) This cdi is meant for dirt bikes which rev to 20k so its curve is all wacky

yeah, i put this on my 80cc 505 and its sooo sick.. bright lights, high rpmz, its shiny. also, your going to think im crazy but... it also randomly teleports you to the future.
overall totally worth the bones i highly recommend!

this cdi works great for me. so far...
timing=line the little fly wheel mark up to the arrow that points the same way your engines rotates.
white=rear lights green/yellow=ground red/black=red/black blue=governor (limits speed to 30 as so i have been told) black=ground orange=coil black/white=kill switch
