  puch 70cc airsal cylinder kit

  $159.00

 :*sorry none today*

puch airsal 72cc 46mm giant kit!

comes with cylinder, head, piston, ring, wrist pin, clips, exhaust studs, intake studs and gaskets! (head, base, intake & exhaust)

his is the largest kit you can fit without having to grind out the case, same OD on the cylinder sleeve as any 70 kit but 1mm bigger innards! yeaaahhhh! oh my!

caution: just like on the 80 metrakits the piston ring with catch on the intake port when you're putting the piston in, so ya gotta know how to handle this man.

Looked bad ass but only made it a 1/4 mile November 23, 2010
taco eater: Speedo from Minnesota
Piston sized after 1/4 mile.  Not sure what happened but my head looked like it was forged with a hammer and flat head screwdriver around the ports.

For 200$ I am sad :(  Plus i had to pedal it  home!! grrrrrrrrrr

this kit rips! definitely not a bolt-and-go, but no case grinding either. instead of a thicker base gasket, I milled out the head very carefully. worked great! a bit of port chamfering, a 24 flatslide, an estoril, and some gearing got me up to 50 pretty easily.
