the ports on this kit are so enormous that you must jb weld some over the case cause the transfers will leak out the side! If you're pro you will use weld on some additional material first, but if not, jb weld will do.

dremels dream of this 65cc kit, cheaply casted outer fins, inner cast iron is nice, no gaskets or any other fluf. just the raw essentials, cylinder, piston, rings, wrist pin, clips. dual ring bad boy piston. angled exhaust port, angled intake port too with three hole intake mounting, but you can use two.

dremel it out - jb weld it up, the cuperteens have been our testers on this kit, they will soon be putting in their report on its rippage.

probably makes a near perfect replacement for a magnum or korado cylinder if you really really really really want to use your stock pipe still, hmm, maybe? no idea.

get some replacement 43mm x 1.5mm piston rings here!

Pulls like a startled Mule February 25, 2012

Either be very careful when dremeling out your case to match these ports, or just have some extra metal welded around the sides so you have room to play, because once it's matched there won't be much room left at the edges for gasket material.  Don't expect super high revs out of it unless you open up the exhaust port, but DO expect to have ungodly low end pull for the size of the kit.  Also, be mindful of overheating.  It's a cast iron bore, so it's forgiving, and it will let you know well in advance when it's getting too hot (engine will start to sound tinny and you'll lose power)  But if it does overheat, it cools right back down again thanks to those massive cooling fins.

Massive, massive ports March 7, 2011

This thing is so huge. AS BIG as an 80 Metra and Gila. Easily. Inside ports look great. A little clean up, but nothing scary. I had small port Korado cases which fit this things fine. Ported the snot outta them and fit this beast on great. Bought the matching Monza head which requires longer cylinder studs. This thing will blast and blast HARD. Small intake port, though...medium exhaust. Lots to open up though, so no worries. BUY ME.

i put this on a kickstart e50 which has a the matching case surface, enlarge the transfers case match ,exhaust port 28 mm match with 28 mm header, the intake is real tricky to enlarge because goes in at a weird angle- i stopped at 19 mm. run phbg 19 it rips- super torque lowend. its bad ass

Great deal on a great kit August 28, 2010
taco eater: Downhill Josh from Portland, OR United States
This kit is great, it has lots of power, and more low end then any other kit i have had. The transfers do not overlap, but are very close. I added a little JB Weld to the top of the transfers just for gasket space, and case matched it most of the way. with a 17.5MM PHVA, 18X44 gearing and a Techno Estoril it will do 50MPH. with a stock clutch and crank.

This kit is what you make of it. Make sure you have a dremel as others have warned. Keep your gas topped off too. The HUGE transfers eat that stuff.
