BACK AGAIN! now including the head!!! so stoked to see this around again. imagine all the performance of the air cooled doppler 50 without the excessive heat issues!! amazing.

water cooled 50cc 40mm aluminum single ring kit for peugeot 103, tons of of ports for that insane explosion and raw power ya need

cylinder, piston, ring, wrist pin, clips, base gasket, exhaust gasket and water jacket o-ring + little round stud o-rings. it's nikasil lined and will eat you for lunch breakfast dinner and then as a snack too.

Got this for my 103, running Polini race cases, Artek crank, Doppler pipe, VM18, 12v cheap stock-ish CDI, Doppler ER3 variator and clutch pulley.

Just slapped it on, no case matching, nothing.
Cruises at 53mph while sitting straight up (I'm 6'3" 220ish). In a tuck I've seen 57. Speed is limited by gearing right now. Tops out around 10,700rpm with my setup. The acceleration is astounding with a properly tuned clutch and variator.

Big, pretty transfers, nice and round, best I've seen on any moped parts. Big openings in cylinder wall.

Quality and design looks good too, the o-ring setup is niiiice.
