super rad chamber, ready for your spx, OR for hacking onto whatever else you want, the shipping dept really likes this pipe but they aren't sure what they want to do with it. mounts super easy on some sachs bikes if you are willing to say nigh nigh to your pedals, tuck them in good, give them to a buddy.

this just in!! mount this pipe to any sachs athena kit with a removable exhaust flange (won't work with any other versions) by using a peugeot malossi screw type flange adapter. you may need to drill the holes out just a tad, but it will bolt up just fine! check out the picture for an idea of how it mounts....

may have some shelf wear, no whiney on this one....seriously though this one bad ass pipe for 45 bucks.

Ok, here it goes. If this were a $100+ pipe, I would give it 4 stars because it does need to be modded to run well. I mounted this up on my puch Gila (with 24mm oko) after popping the washer out of the header and opening up the end of the silencer pipe to the ID of the outlet tube. I welded up a flange for spring mounting the header and a rear exhaust bracket. I fired it to life and it ran horrible. It was almost impossible to jet and would only go about 30. I decided the stinger (2 plates, 2 tubes, and one horrible design) had to go. I popped the old muffler portion out and welded a piece of perforated 1/2" pipe in there with some muffler packing. Man does this thing pull now. With a little help, this chamber is super rad. This is the best pipe you can get for this price. I like this pipe so much, I bought a second one to put it on the shelf just in case. I would say I would buy this again, but I already did. What are you waiting for?

Decent pipe, especially for 55 bucks. Bought a Puch 25mm header, cut of the flange and welded it to the pipe. Left the stinger(silencer) untouched. It is quiet. Like stated before it is a high speed pipe. Washer in entry is easily removable.  Once the E50 motor gets goin it responds well. Results will vary I guess. Addendum, Drilled out the end with a 25/64 ? (Can't read it) drill bit. Man did it come alive. The downside is the louder sound. VERY surprised. Like stated before you won't be disappointed.

5 of 5 Fits a Sachs G-3 May 16, 2014

Mounted to a 505 w/ rigid motor mounts.

Spring mount to the cylinder like Will says. I had to use two different length springs so make sure ya measure first. Then cut and bend the little exhaust bracket that comes w/ it, I drilled another hole and mounted it to the swing arm bolt. Has held up fine so far. Won't clear pedal so ya need an extender.

Like the performance so far but still tuning.

5 of 5 best sachs pipe i've used October 7, 2013

I put this on most every sachs build. high rpm good solid power. DO drill out the baffle. you can really just shove a drill all the way into the stinger hole. There's a 2 part restrictor in the baffle. Drilling through is louder but alot better.

I've just drilled 2 small holes in the bottom of the fins on my sachs cylinders and spring mount it to those. slips right on, works awesome. hose clamp mount to the exhaust bracket. weld up a pedal extender and it'll clear too. all around wins.
