Ok, made the jump to ER3 variator and this pulley. I had some trouble with this on my moby 50v with the Av7 engine.
The center of pulley is alittle bit further away from drive sprocket. Than stock so pulley and variator may not line up. No prob for a mad scientist like you!!! Grind down the motor mount bushing (top hat style) so it is about 3-4mm (may vary) so that the engine is almost all the way over to left. Space the other side as required.
BE SURE THE PULLEYS ARE ALIGNED!!! Within 5 dergree
This setup is to much $$$ to screw up now!
