custom cut squish head specifically designed for the minarelli v1 80cc polini ! this one is cut to super street specs meaning it has a pinch more compression and is more suited for your super ripper setup! this is a modified 45mm 70cc puch hihi comp head that has been cut to have the proper squish angle and dome profile for v1 polini. the cylinder stud holes have been opened to match v1 and the head has the proper recessed groove for the head gasket to fit in!! keep in mind this head is a a hair larger than a regular v1 head so you may need to do a lil fin trimming to fit your bike. also forward facing carbs may cause an issue? about 10% larger than a regular v1 head. expect a lil more cooling cause of the extra surface area + additonal airflow to the cylinder! score inner lip where head gasket fits = 54mm for the perfecto head gaskets look no further. uses short thread spark plugs ***note that there is some very small pitting from the initial casting of the heads. it will not affect the performance do not fret***
