21mm PHBG dellorto intake for the famed 74cc gilardoni kit. this one made by malossi, and is by far the raddest of the gilardoni intakes! and it comes in sleek racer-y black rubbery plastic! what's not to love?

use the 21mm rubber mount style dellorto PHBG usually designated DS or the race edition, could use 19mm too...but WHY?

pretty dreamy on 1 speeds, run your clutch cable around the carb. but on 2 speeds you won't be able to run it to the right(clutch cable interference foul play)...so ya gotta cut some fins to use it on the twosies, hangin left.

these intakes can be used on many different scooters including minarelli V vertical engines.

this works and bolts up good to the reed block, but imo its a bit too long with thie weird channel to seal off the gasket.. on the gila kit the block doesnt extend far enough to work with the the channel seal, but it seems to be fine with no air leaks..

my only vice with this is that its real snug under my magnum frame and with my stock pull choke hitting the frame is kinda annoying.. wish it was at least 2-4mm longer for clearence and easy install of the carb.. otherwise decent intake, but i think im going to go with the motomatic just for the easier float bowl access factor...
