I bought a pair of these for my front spoked wheel on my puch maxi. It worked for the first day but after the first day it no longer worked very well at all and my brake lever felt like something was jamming up either in my brake line or hub. Well I decided to investigate it today and noticed that one of the two brake shoes was broken in half. Maybe these would work better on the rear wheel because it has less strain on it, but either way you probably just not buy these at all. Imagine if a shoe was to break when you were trying to stop for a deer, or car, or person! It would not end well. Don't buy these.
