They basically have a little tab w/ holes that bolt into your brake lever bolt. Depending on the brake set though they maybe don't fit at all or are at a wierd place that doesn't give you room to use your brakes. I never really got em to work right.
in the photos you can see they're not even really attached. not really worth it even for the under 40 degree rainy days

these are really made for things bigger than most mopeds so you might have to cut the place where you mount them up to get them to fit on magura levers. but heck yes you no longer look like everyone else at the rally, you look much more silly! I think they do help with the aerodynamics a bit but I don't go fast enough to make that much of a difference.
