These are comfy and have UV coating on the lenses. they look strange with a lot of helmets but they have a good field of vision for when you aren't feeling like a full face helmet. I don't see a DOT sticker anywhere on them or the packaging so they might not be legal depending on your state, but I am guessing most treats fans don't worry too much about that sorta thing. In the movie around 7 minutes in Peter Weller is wearing them under a full face helmet, not sure what that is all about!
