these are USED zundapp snowflake mag wheels for sachs mopeds and i bet it wouldn't be too hard to put these on tomos, minarelli or garelli.

comes with brake plates, brakes, axle adjusters, 12mm sealed axles, 45T rear sprocket, and old non-useable tires

rear axle is having trouble moving, you gotta un-stick it yourself and clean it up, but hey theyre old and used and thats how it goes!
