Scale is too large. Need to time to 1.4mm BTDC? Too bad you gotta guesstimate somewhere between 1 & 2mm

So this thing measures in 1.0mm scale, not .1mm, make sure you use a digital caliper to do your timing with this thing or buy the buzzetti timing tool.

Get a different one September 27, 2012

Not great for 22 bucks. It works... but not 22 dollars better than a ruler and a piston stop. Not sure how this thing measures in tenths of a mm. As far as whole millimeters go it seems to do great.

i use this to get the timing very close, then i use a timing light to dial it in perfecto.

gets the job done. i use this in combination with a set of digital calipers to set the timing on all my bikes. works like a charm for cheap.
