it's good and all, noticable power increase on a 65 metra... however on my setup I have my timing right around 1.8mm BTDC (powerdynamo) and this head was causing my temps to be out of control (410+!!!)... swapped it out to a stock head with a little less compression and my temps are reasonable now.

Put this head on a 'Happytime' chinese bicycle motor as an upgrade from the Joke stock head. Fit like a glove, perfect alignment, surface is nearly perfectly flat, and casting was flawless.
Excellent cooling compared to stock, combustion chamber and squish band a massive improvment over the cheap hemi head that comes with these motors, spark plug was 100% compatable. Really tops off a nice port and polish job on these little guys.

nice fit, looks good. came as a k-star. before and after. now i know i need rings now!!! with the stock head a #1 head. i was getting about 50psi with the head and gasket. without the gasket 55psi. now with the hi hi head i get 65psi. yea, i need rings badly. not sure of the compression ratio. my best guess would be around 12:1 over the stock 8 to 9:1

stock e50, 15mm bing, boss pipe. the low end was gone at first. sad days of pedalling to get up to speed. then the 50cc hihi head came into my life. bolted up, lost a mph or 2 on the top end, but no more pedalling. it was a worthwhile tradeoff in my opinion.

put this and a new gasket on a magnum with a nice result. it'll hold me over til winter when i'll do more with the piston and cylinder.
