4 of 5 Good but plz mod for alignment June 21, 2022

I like this pulley,
It’s slightly bigger than stock I think, and if the bearings are packed with grease well it will last a long time.
Problem is offset. The chain will never align unless you pop out the bearings and grind the hub down about 4-6mm. Use this opportunity to smooth all sharp edges on the pulley then wash in the sink and put bearings back in and space the pulley with shims then blast. 3 of 5 I welded the? April 3, 2021

Yea I welded the sprocket on because the clamp that holds the sprocket on the pulley couldn’t handle the torque.

It’s works 🙃

1 of 5 The spacing August 15, 2020
taco eater : richard eberline from Trenton, MI United States
The spacing and alignment is very bad. the snap ring groove was hidden by the pulley. Thicker by 6.5mm, so no retainer would fit. Made a new snap ring groove, alignment is off on the belt. 43.5mm thick. A tiny m4 socket head cap screw holds your drive sprocket in. The very sharp edges is another bonus. The bearings are 18mm ea for a total of 36mm, plus the center is 7mm. A stock MB is 37mm.

2 of 5 yes better bearings BUT.... June 25, 2017
taco eater : Kenneth Hill from Arnold, MD United States
I understand this is an inexpensive "upgrade" but would it have killed their bottom-line to make it line up with the variator without all kinds if "rigging"? How about smoothing the machined edges in the decorative cut-outs so you don't slice a chunk out of your finger handling/spinning it it?

4 of 5 good but..... July 28, 2015
taco eater : blackumi from Moreno Valley, CA United States
Bolts that hold the sprocket on loosened up after about 10 miles of riding. Luckily it's saveable. If you buy this, take it apart and are assemble with high strength threadlocker
