Used this to mount my Polini CP 17.5 to a Pyramid reed 17mm intake.
The material makes a good seal AND has a few mm of stretch for fitment! Just what I needed.

This thing did okay for a while, but then the hose clamps began eating into the silicone and it all went south. I'm going to back to the heater hose.

I was using some on that double reinvorced clear plastic hose with the braded fiber in it befor to hold my carb on. it would work great as long as the engine was not running, but as soon as it got warm it would get soft and fall off. Then i switched to this bad boy and it holds great and handles any temps. I have put my moby up to 429 degrees and this hold it great.
