17" bernardi 5 star REAR mag wheel! these lovely BLACK sealed bearings mags include brake plate, brake pads but NO axle. here are some 12mm sealed axles

works perfectly with this 40T rear sprocket

uses a 98mm rear sprocket. any of these rear sprockets will line up!

if you need bolts for the rear sprocket, get (5) m6 x 35mm hex head bolts and probably some m6 nuts and washers.

totally usable on tons of bikes, pretty much any bike if you are crafty, however these are made for peugeot.

puch and motobecane riders note the rear brake plate does not have the mount for the brake cable adjuster on the brake plate.

the wheels use these 90mm x 18mm brake pads. they will be a little tight at first, maybe sand em down a bit!

uses standard freewheels.

rear weighs 7lb 14oz with brake plate

I am pairing one of these rear wheels with the MLM Motobecane MBK 51 style race swingarm. Mounted to the swingarm with a 200mm axle, and 13mm and 26mm spacers, and the OEM honda rear 12mm axle adjusters. The Heidenau K56 moped racing tire (17 x 2.50) mounts up well.

One note: the 35 mm bolts recommended for the sprocket will only engage half of the nut; better to go with a M6 x 40mm. The hex heads don't have much clearance with the brake plate, so you are better off using a socket head bolt instead. While you're at it, get some M6 lock nuts instead of the standard nuts.

As indicated, some elbow grease required to ease the fit of the brake pads in the drum.
